Sault College grants Ontario College Certificates, Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, Graduate Certificates, and a small number of Bachelor’s degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics. Campus Life

The Sault Ste. Marie campus centres on Essar Hall and includes a library, bookstore, fitness centre, and the Sault College Cougars athletics program. Indigenous students have their own gathering space, Enji Maawnjiding, with a traditional medicine garden and sacred fire arbour. On-campus housing runs through Ray Lawson Hall, a residence on Northern Avenue offering single, double and barrier-free rooms with a mandatory meal plan.

Deadline For Admissions

Sault College reviews applications on a rolling basis, but seats in popular programs fill up early. As a general rule, apply 9–12 months ahead of your intended intake so you have time to arrange your study permit, IELTS/PTE scores and proof of funds before the term starts. Sault College’s on-campus residence is Ray Lawson Hall on Northern Avenue, offering single, double, premium single and barrier-free rooms with a mandatory meal plan. Space is limited and priority goes to first-year, full-year students, so apply early through the residence application once you have your offer letter.
