The essentials at a glance
Fanshawe College lists 165 programs for international students, from one-year certificates to nine honours bachelor's degrees, most of them at its London Campus. Its strongest areas for Nepali students are IT, AI and data, supply chain, health and nursing, and engineering technology, with co-op in many programs.
Fanshawe's list has 94 PGWP-aligned programs, including all nine degrees. The Business, Business - Accounting and Business - Human Resources diplomas are not on it, and Human Resources Management and Project Management are online only, so check each program before you apply.
Main points from this page
This guide lists Fanshawe College programs that Nepali students can apply to, with each program’s credential, length and campus, all checked on Fanshawe’s official program lists and program pages. For campuses, fees in NPR, scholarships and work rights, see our Fanshawe College profile. For grades, English scores, documents and the application steps, see our Fanshawe admissions guide.
Fanshawe lists 165 programs for international students. About 150 are taught on campus, and 53 are open to international students for January 2027 and 28 for May 2027.
The programs come in five levels:
Fanshawe has no master’s degrees. Most programs also list September 2027 on their own pages, but seats are limited, so check Fanshawe’s open programs for international students before you apply. Fanshawe has also suspended new intakes for some programs, such as International Business Management and Regulatory Affairs, so an old list may show programs that no longer take students.
Fanshawe’s list has 94 PGWP-aligned programs, including all nine honours degrees. Popular programs such as the Business, Business – Accounting and Business – Human Resources diplomas are not on it.
If you applied for your study permit on or after 1 November 2024, a diploma, advanced diploma or graduate certificate leads to a Post-Graduation Work Permit only if its field of study is eligible. You also need CLB 5 in English for college credentials or CLB 7 for degrees, and you must take at least half of the program in class. Online programs never count.
Fanshawe lists each aligned program on its PGWP-aligned programs page, with its CIP code and start months. The page shows no “last updated” date, so check it again just before you apply. These popular programs are open to international students but are not on the list:
Some popular graduate certificates, including Human Resources Management and Project Management, are offered online only, so they can’t lead to a study permit or a PGWP. If you want to work in Canada after you graduate, pick an aligned program such as Supply Chain Management – Logistics or Marketing Management. Our PGWP guide for Nepali students explains the rules.
The table shows Fanshawe’s programs in the course areas most popular with Nepali and Indian students, up to two per area, with each one’s credential, length and campus.
Programs are grouped by course area, with PGWP-aligned and open-intake programs listed first within each area (see the PGWP section above for which ones qualify). Fanshawe starts programs in September, January and May, but each program sets its own intakes, so check the program’s own page for its exact status.

Fees are shown term by term on each program’s page. See the fee section of our Fanshawe College profile for the usual yearly range in CAD and NPR.
Diplomas and degrees need the NEB +2 certificate with the program’s required subjects, and graduate certificates need a completed diploma or degree; IELTS is 6.0 for diplomas and 6.5 for degrees and graduate certificates.
To see where your +2 grades stand, convert your NEB GPA to a percentage with our NEB GPA calculator. Program-by-program examples, documents and the application steps are in our Fanshawe admissions guide.
Start with your background and your plan after graduation, then check the program’s PGWP status, open intakes and campus on Fanshawe’s own program page before you apply.
For more on each type of program, see our guides to postgraduate diplomas in Canada, studying AI in Canada and a BBA in Canada.
No. The Business, Business – Accounting, Business – Marketing, Business – Finance and Business – Human Resources diplomas are not on Fanshawe's PGWP-aligned list. If you want to work in Canada after graduating, look at Business – Supply Chain and Operations, Supply Chain Management – Logistics, Marketing Management or a Bachelor of Commerce, which are aligned.
No. Fanshawe's highest credentials are its nine honours bachelor's degrees and its graduate certificates. If you already hold a bachelor's degree, a one- or two-year graduate certificate such as Data Analytics or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is the usual next step.
53 programs are open to international students for January 2027, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management – Logistics, Computer Programming and Analysis, Cyber Security and Civil Engineering Technology. Check Fanshawe's open programs list before you apply, because seats close as they fill.
Only online. Fanshawe's Project Management and Human Resources Management graduate certificates are offered fully online, which doesn't lead to a study permit or a PGWP. On campus, Construction Project Management and the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management) are PGWP-aligned options.
Some programs are online, but online study doesn't lead to a study permit or a PGWP, and Fanshawe's entrance scholarship excludes online programs. This guide lists only on-campus programs, most of them at the London Campus.
No. Fanshawe discourages program changes, allows them only before you arrive in Canada and only if seats are available, and doesn't allow a change of campus. Choose carefully, and check the program's PGWP status and campus before you pay the deposit.
