Campus Life

The Timmins Campus overlooks Porcupine Lake and includes an on-site residence, an Athletics and Wellness Centre, a cafeteria, an Indigenous Student Lounge, a bookstore and the library. It’s also home to the Integrated Emergency Services Complex, used for the Paramedic, Police Foundations and Pre-Service Firefighter programs. Haileybury and Kirkland Lake each have their own residence buildings, and the Northern College Student Association (NCSA) runs events and activities across all campuses.

Tuition Fees

International tuition at Northern College runs roughly CAD $15,000–$17,200 a year for most diploma and certificate programs, with some specialized programs priced higher. On-Campus Residence

Northern College operates on-campus residences at three of its four locations. The Timmins Campus Residence offers single rooms with a private three-piece washroom, a shared kitchen with five cooking stations, laundry, wi-fi and a games room, just steps from class.
